Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE)

Cleveland Hopkins Airport is located about 30 minutes outside of downtown Cleveland, on the city’s southwest side. The airport is a hub for Continental Airlines. Other airlines serving CLE include -American Airlines, Northwest Airlines, US Airways, and United Airlines.

No shuttles routinely come to the Cleveland airport; you MUST have a shuttle reservation. CRLA has arranged for you to make shuttle reservations at a discounted rate with Hopkins -Transportation Services.

If you do not have a shuttle reservation you can take a taxi (approximately $30.00) or you can take the RTA ($1.75) into downtown Cleveland and walk about six blocks to the hotel. RTA’s red line provides regular service between CLE and -downtown Cleveland via the Tower City Station. The trip takes about 30 minutes, and trains depart from CLE every fifteen minutes during normal business hours. RTA’s -station at CLE is located on the lower level of the main terminal.

Driving to the Crowne Plaza Cleveland City Centre

The hotel is located at the corner of East 9^th Street and Saint Clair. Self or Valet parking is discounted for CRLA participants to $15.00 per day.

From East: Take Interstate 90 West to state RT 2 West, and exit onto East 9th Street. Turn left onto East 9th Street, proceed to Saint Clair Avenue, and turn right. The hotel is on the right.

From West: Take I-90 East to the East 9th Street exit. Proceed north on East 9th Street for approximately seven blocks. Turn left onto Saint Clair Avenue. The hotel is on the right.

From North: Proceed south on East 9th Street to Saint Clair Avenue, and turn right. The hotel is on the right.

From South: Take Interstate 71 North to East 9th Street exit. Go north on East 9th Street to Saint Clair Avenue, approximately seven blocks. Turn left onto Saint Clair Avenue. The hotel is on the right.
