Re-certification Application Forms and Submission

The following instructions guide you through obtaining forms and submitting your re-certification application for the International Tutor Program Certification. Contact Rick Sheets, CRLA President by email or call at 602.787.7183 with any questions. 

We are currently changing the application process below and will be asking that all documentation and verification files after July 1, 2008 be submitted online. To follow the new process and submit your files online, you will need to do the following:

Read through the following five documents to prepare to complete the application:

• Purpose, Procedures & Guidelines
• Fact Sheet
• Certification Benefits
• Requirements for Certification of Tutor Programs (rev. 2008)
  Note: Revised Requirements had added options. For remainder of 2008, former requirements may also be used for submitted programs.
• Self Assessment

Open and complete the re-certification application document: ITPC_Re-certification_Application.rtf and attach it to an email with other needed verification documents as described in the directions.

Open and use the checklist document: ITPC_Application_Packet_and_Payment_Certification_Checklist.rtf to be sure you have done everything needed for your application process.

We are streamlining the application process to a planned one-month process (instead of the current 10+week process), provided all your documentation is complete when submitted. Congratulations, you are done!
