We are currently changing the application processes below and are now asking that all documentation and verification files be submitted online. Because of the transition to the online applications, and a new streamlined process, the June 30, 2008 expiration deadline is not an issue this year. There are no concerns for programs applying after theirs has expired--this year.

The new online process began on July 1st, via this web page (checks will still need to be mailed but other documents will be sent electronically). The approval process for complete applications meeting all requirements is expected to be one month, provided all documentation is complete and well laid out.
