Early Departure Fee

An early departure fee of the group rates room and tax will apply if a Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid cancellation fees, all registered guests need to cancel before 6:00 pm the day before arriving.

Getting to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel

GO Boston Shuttle

Airport Shuttle GOBoston Shuttle is the preferred shuttle van taking guests to and from the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. If you reserve at least 24 hours in advance through the portal, you will receive a 10% discount. GOBoston Shuttle is open 24hrs a day 7 days a week, and circle through the airport every 30 minutes. They will guarantee those with reservations a seat and will take walk- ins based on availability.

Regular fare $17.00 each way. Online discounted fare of 10% off: $15.60 each way For parties of up to 6 passengers arriving on the same flight at the same time, the first person will pay the $15.60 fare and passengers 2-6 will pay $12.00 each, when booked in advance online.

Taxicab

Taking a taxicab from Boston’s Logan International Airport to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel will cost approximately $25.00-$35.00 plus tip (depending on the time of day, number of passengers and traffic conditions).

Public Transportation, the "T"

Getting into Boston from Logan Airport is relatively easy and definitely affordable ($2.50-$4.00 each way). The network of subways, busses and trains is collectively known as the "T". You need to purchase a "T" pass, called a "Charlie Card" or "Charlie Ticket". Cash is accepted at various points, but you will pay a surcharge and change will be provided as a Charlie Ticket (no cash back).

At Logan Airport board the Massport Shuttle Bus to the AIRPORT station on the Blue line. (The Shuttle stops at all airport terminals frequently throughout the day, but less frequently at night. Note that "T" service does not run 24 hours a day and stops running around 12:15 am).

Take the BLUE LINE train INBOUND for four stops to the GOVERNMENT CENTER Station. Go upstairs and take the GREEN LINE B, C, D or E train WESTBOUND for three stops to the ARLINGTON STREET Station. Exit the "T" using the ARLINGTON STREET OUTBOUND exit. Walk three-four minutes to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel at 50 Park Plaza at Arlington Street.

Amtrak

The Amtrak NORTHEAST regional service stops at Boston - Providence / Springfield - Hartford - New York - Washington, DC - Lynchburg / Richmond - Petersburg - Norfolk / Newport News - Virginia Beach. The DOWNEASTER regional service stops at Brunswick, ME – Portland, ME – Boston, MA

Parking near the Boston Park Plaza Hotel

As of May, 2013, the Boston Park Plaza Hotel offers onsite Valet Parking for an overnight fee of $46.00 USD. Parking is not included in the Hotel Room Rate.

Self-Parking at the Motor Mart Garage is also available across the street from the Boston Park Plaza Hotel. Rates for the Motor Mart Garage are $31.00 for twelve to twenty-four hours.

If you are willing to walk a few extra blocks you can park in the underground Boston Common Garage for a daily rate of $28.00
