Jane McGrath has been appointed and approved as CRLA's 2008 President-elect to fill-in the unexpected vacancy in the 2008 President-elect position & Conference Chair for Cleveland.  This position is the full position and in this position she will become CRLA President for 2009, and CRLA Past President for 2010.

Because Jane is no longer running in the election for the CRLA President-elect position, the CRLA Board has approved Karon Mathews' uncontested candidacy for 2009.  Thus, Karon and Jane have both won President-elect positions in CRLA, simply in different years!  Karon Mathews will be the CRLA President-elect for 2009, CRLA President for 2010, and Past President for 2011.

A heartfelt and joyous welcome to both of these two very special CRLA members as they join the Board.
