Stage Two Application

NOTE: The Stage Two application should be completed by recently-certified programs who have not lapsed at Stage One. The purpose is to reflect on and document the certification process thus far.

We recommend programs submit their application 3-to-6 months prior to the certification expiration date. Applications submitted up to six months beyond the expiration date will incur a late fee. Applications submitted beyond six months late will be required to re-apply at stage one.

Instructions:

  1. Select the level(s) you are seeking certification for.
  2. List the primary and secondary contacts for your program.
  3. To save your work, complete section 6: Create an application password. Note that any contact on the application can access this application using their email address and this application password. Once you have created a password, you may click "save" in the bottom left corner to save your progress.
  4. Answer the remaining questions on the application.
  5. After you click "save", a new button will show up at the bottom for you to upload documentation to support your application.
  6. Once you have entered all the requested information and uploaded the documentation, a new button will appear that gives you the ability to submit your completed application for review.

If there are problems or missing information on your application, you will be returned to the beginning of the application with the problems that need to be corrected highlighted in red. If there are no problems with your application, you will be taken to the online payment screen.

  4. CRLA's Copyright Policy:

    Compliance with federal copyright law is expected of all CRLA-ITTPC programs. It is your legal and ethical responsibility as professionals to give authorship credit for all materials you use in the classroom, or tutor or mentor training. Additionally, it is your legal and ethical responsibility to purchase, or to have students purchase, or to seek permission to use, any copyrighted materials used in training. Programs found to be in violation of copyright law will lose their CRLA-ITTPC certification.
