introduction to the art of evaluation. Included are discussions of methods

The Best Practices In College Teaching
This site contains a wonderful review of activities, many of which are
as relevant for tutors and tutorial settings as they are for the
classroom. The sections include such topics as Thoughtful Questions,

bookmark for learning center managers. The extensive resources available
include sample position descriptions, a list of awards that are available
to learning centers and their employees, a calendar of relevant
professional meetings and deadlines, and even a list of different names

is very useful.
